These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tenant Migration at tenantmigration.com, operated by DuoCircle LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not misuse our services, including attempting to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Free Tools

Free tools provided on our website (such as DNS record checkers) are offered "as is" for informational purposes. Results should be verified independently. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of free tools.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by DuoCircle LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Data Processing

Our processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement, please contact us at sales@duocircle.com.

7. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our paid services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoCircle LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DuoCircle LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
